“Beat Jet Lag” Essential Oil Blend
Ingredients
- 6 drops ginger
- 5 drops grapefruit
- 4 drops juniper berry
- 1 tablespoon carrier oil (see note)
Directions
Put the carrier oil into a small bowl. Add the essential oils and swirl to combine well. Massage it all over your body for clarity and alertness.
Note: Use your preferred carrier oil. Great choices include sweet almond oil, jojoba oil and coconut oil.
Whenever you travel, use this blend to give yourself an energy shot. You can use it during travel or when you arrive. It is particularly good on long, tiring plane flights.
